Refund Policy
Undelivered orders are fully refundable. If credits have not yet been delivered, contact Telegram support with your Order ID.
Once credits are delivered to the Player ID you provided, the order is considered fulfilled and is not refundable.
If you paid for the wrong game or provided the wrong Player ID, contact support before delivery — we'll do our best to help.
Payment disputes are resolved case-by-case in line with TapPay's dispute process.
